What Payment Method/s Do You Accept?
Mark as using 'Paypal' at checkout and you will be taken directly to your existing Paypal account where you will need to log in and complete your payment.
b. Credit and Debit Cards
Credit and debit card payments are processed by Paypal. You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay by credit card. (The transaction may show as 'Paypal' on your bank statement.) At checkout, select 'Checkout as Guest'.

Delivery Address for Paypal, Debit and Credit Card (Paypal IPN) payments
Due to Paypal Protection policies, goods can only be shipped to the billing address registered to the credit card on your Paypal account.
Orders which show different billing and shipping addresses, will be cancelled and refunded within 12 hours of the payment being placed. We will contact you by email to advise of the cancellation.
If you wish to have your order shipped to a different address than that registered to your Paypal account (for example; your place of work) please go to the Paypal website, log in and register a new address BEFORE placing your order. Please see the Paypal website for more information.
We dispatch within the UK, Jersey,Guernsey and the Isle of Man.
Our bunting is made to order. Although it is often sooner, please allow 2 'working' days for dispatch.
You will be advised of the dispatch date by email shortly after placing your order.
Larger orders of 50 metres or more may take a little longer .
If you have a particular date when the goods are needed, please phone or send an email before ordering for current dispatch times.
Delivery times are guidelines only. Delivery is usually sooner, but can be later.

We obtain a certificate of postage for all our deliveries.
1. First Class Delivery - Royal Mail
With dispatch time, please allow 3 - 4 working days for delivery.
2. 'Next Day Special Delivery' - Royal Mail
Please contact us before 9.30am for quotes on availability for dispatch for 'Next Day Special Delivery'. 'No prior contact' orders may be not be dispatched and the order will be refunded.
'Next Day Delivery' is offered as an option depending on available dispatch times.
Goods will be delivered before 1pm on the day following an order being accepted.
Dispatch Monday to Thursday only.
As a seller, we are responsible for your order. We will do our best to help with any late or missing deliveries.
Delivery times are given as a guideline only and although the majority of deliveries arrive on time, deliveries can be delayed.
Royal Mail does not consider a parcel is missing until 18 working days after the day of dispatch. We may ask you to wait for the 14 days from the date of dispatch. Please contact us if you need help with any delayed or missing deliveries. All missing orders are reported to Royal Mail.
Please check if a delivery has been made to a neighbour and enquire at your local sorting office. Royal Mail will keep attempted deliveries at the sorting office for up to 18 days.
Royal Mail 'Re-delivery' Online Service
Even if a card has not been left, it is still possible to arrange for re-delivery.
If your goods, have not arrived after 18 working days and any tracking shows as 'not delivered' , we will refund your payment, including original postage costs.
If your goods arrive after the date of your intended event, we will refund on return of the goods, including the original postage and return costs.
Please contact us before returning the goods as we will need to advise on the best method for returns using a tracked delivery service.
We hope that you will be fully satisfied with your goods. We are always pleased to help if you feel there is a problem, please contact us by phone or email within 14 days of receipt of your goods.
a. Changed your mind?
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, you are entitled to return the goods for a refund of the original cost of the goods and any original postage cost.
You will need to contact us to advise within 14 days of receipt of your goods.
Goods will need to reach us within 30 days of requesting a refund.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return postage.
The buyer is responsible for the cost and method of packaging to ensure the goods are sent back safely. The packaging does not have to be the original packaging. The goods must be returned in an used condition.
A certificate of postage should be obtained and retained as 'proof of postage' and a tracked/signed service is recommended.
Refund will be made within 30 days upon receipt of the goods.

b. Faulty goods or damaged in transit?
If the goods are found to be faulty or damaged in transit, a photograph of any damage may be requested.
Any return must be by a method advised by us. Alternative methods may not re-imbursed.
A refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of returned goods for the original cost of the goods, any original postage costs and return postage costs.
All damage to goods during transit is reported to the Royal Mail.
Please contact us before making any returns.
Goods which are returned by the Post Office as 'not collected' or 'address problems' etc will be refunded on the receipt of the returned goods.
Extra postage methods such as 'Next Day Special Delivery' will not be refunded. The minimum '1st class' postage cost for the parcel will only be refunded.
